Miche is a financial and corporate communications specialist with 20 years experience. She heads Newgate’s financial communications practice, and has worked on more than 50 transactions in her career.

Miche has significant IPO experience, having advised on the floats of Regis, Japara, Simonds, QR National and Patties Foods, amongst others. A senior member of the team advising the Commonwealth on the sale of Medibank, Miche oversaw all aspects of media management for the IPO.

Miche lead the communications team advising Centro on its recapitalisation. She also advised the Board with regard to the ASIC proceeding against Directors of the Group, as well as the shareholder class action, the latter being the largest of its kind in Australian corporate history.

Miche is also retained to advise a number of clients dealing with high profile reputational issues, including parties to the AFL/ASADA investigation and, prior to that, Southern Cross Austereo in relation to the King Edward VII Hospital matter.
