Until recently, Clint was the Director of Communications for the Equality Campaign, which successfully led the national campaign for marriage equality in Australia. The campaign achieved one of the biggest political mandates ever with 62% of Australians voting yes for equality and almost 80% turnout for a non-compulsory vote. Clint was instrumental in driving one of the largest movements for social change in the nation’s recent history.
His crisis management experience extends to the NSW Government where he developed and executed the communications strategies for reforms across the $4.7 billion Police and Emergency Services Portfolio, including the NSW Police Force; the NSW Crime Commission; Fire and Rescue NSW; NSW Rural Fire Service; NSW State Emergency Services; Marine Rescue NSW and Surf Lifesaving NSW.
Throughout his career, Clint has liaised with media outlets from around the world on breaking news. His career has also involved providing long-term strategic communications advice on major policy announcements including economic and social reforms and political campaigns and advocacy.
