Catriona Banks is a qualitative research specialist with over thirteen years’ market and social research across Australia and the UK.
With extensive commercial, government and social experience, she has conducted research on a very diverse range of issues and topics. Her experience spans communications research, behaviour change, concept development, innovation, new product development, customer/client experience, and design research. This has involved using a wide variety of research techniques, from group discussions and interviews, to online forums, customer and client workshops, ethnographic and observational techniques, deliberative forums and more.
Cat was previously a Director at Hall & Partners Open Mind, and has also worked at specialist qualitative research agencies Spinach and The Big Picture, both based in the UK, where she ran large multi-market qualitative research projects.
