As an Associate working across the Research and Engage teams, Lola has experience supporting all aspects of the project lifecycle, including proposal writing, project management, recruitment, qualitative and quantitative fieldwork, and reporting. She has a strong interest in engagement and research that informs policy and influences behaviour to improve outcomes for communities.  
 
Prior to joining SEC Newgate, Lola worked at Colliers International as a Workplace Coordinator, where she was responsible for providing administrative support across multiple teams. She also completed an internship in the Research team at SEC Newgate in 2024, supporting qualitative and quantitative projects across the not-for-profit, energy, and insurance sectors. 
 
Lola holds a Bachelor of Communications (Social and Political Science) and a Bachelor of International Studies (Germany) from the University of Technology, Sydney.
