Heather has over 15 years’ experience conducting market and social research projects across Europe, the US and Australia.
She began her career as a water scientist in the UK before moving into market research where she specialised in animal health and agriculture; requiring an ability to absorb specialist knowledge quickly.
Heather came to Australia in 2004, where she applied her quantitative skills to produce the National Salary Survey. From there she returned to agency-side roles, building quantitative and qualitative research experience across different sectors, including; branding, healthcare, nutrition, animal health, building and construction.
A dualist researcher with broad sector experience, Heather appreciates the roles qualitative and quantitative research play in building understanding of issues, behaviours and motivations, and translating this to actionable outcomes for decision-makers.
Heather holds a Bachelor of Science from Reading University and a Diploma of the Market Research Society (MRS UK). She is a member of the AMSRS.ua/moc/smmocetagwen//senoj/rehtaeh
