Bo is an experienced community and stakeholder engagement practitioner who has managed strategic direction, on-the-ground coordination and major events for a range of engagement projects.

She has worked extensively in the NSW government including the planning, environment and health portfolios. With in-depth knowledge of government and political environments, she understands the importance of community perceptions and expectations in establishing social licence.

Bo pays attention to detail and can navigate her way through contested environments. While at UrbanGrowth NSW she coordinated the Sprout community engagement initiative for the landmark Parramatta North Urban Transformation Program.  Her event management experience includes facilitating the delivery of the Korean Film Festival, working directly with stakeholders to ensure best outcomes.

Bo holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Diploma in Editing and Publishing. She is completing her legal studies and the International Association of Public Participation (IAP2). She also holds her general construction induction White Card.
